KEP Three Phase/Three Phase

A pure sine wave, IGBT inverter–based online double-conversion UPS,
delivering uninterrupted, high-quality power to a wide range of IT and industrial equipment.

Features

Online Double Conversion

By isolating input disturbances, the UPS delivers a pure sine wave output to enhance safety and provides uninterrupted power to the load across operating modes without output interference.

Full DSP Control

It avoids failures caused by analog devices and makes the control system more stable and reliable.

High Efficiency PF = 0.9

With an output power factor of 0.9, the UPS is more closely matched to the load.
An input power factor of 0.98 (with filter) improves energy efficiency, reduces harmonic pollution to the grid, and lowers the operating cost of the UPS.

Wide input voltage range (−25% to +20%)

A wide input range of 323V to 495V minimizes battery mode transfer to extend battery life, while the wide input frequency range ensures stable UPS operation during generator connection.

Optimized Battery Management

An intelligent battery management system with advanced automatic float/boost charging reduces maintenance costs, enhances efficiency, and extends battery life. It automatically calculates discharge current and voltage to estimate and display remaining runtime. Battery voltage adjustment range: 360–480 Vdc.

N+X Parallel Redundancy

An N+X parallel redundant design allows expansion up to six units. In the event of a UPS failure, the faulty unit is automatically isolated and the load is transferred to the remaining UPS units without interruption. The system is easily configured via parallel cables, and a non-fixed master–slave architecture enables automatic master assignment and easy unit interchangeability.

High Overload Capability

Overload endurance time: 110% – 60 min / 125% – 10 min / 150% – 1 min.

Generator Mode

The system synchronizes the outputs of two independent UPS systems operating in different modes (bypass/inverter or battery)

Multiple Protection Functions

An automatic self-diagnostic function runs before startup for safety. Multiple protections cover AC input under/over-voltage, overload, short circuit, overcurrent, DC bus over-voltage, over-temperature, fan failure, auxiliary power failure, battery under-voltage, and battery overcharge.

EPO Function

A lockable red EPO button is provided on the LCD control panel for emergency power shutdown.

User-Friendly Network Management

LCD/LED mimic diagram: Real-time operating parameters and status monitoring
RS232/RS485 communication ports: Real-time communication management via software, MODBUS protocol is optional.
